I recently bought some products from you. I developed a five part rub ratio (seasoning, flavor, sweet, heat, happy) based on a few years of researching and seeing common factors in most rub recipes. I have been vocal in this regard so I get the occasional person who says, "I need you to tell me how my rub is." When I get it, I have to say stuff like "well it's very pepper forward, " or "it's super sweet. It would be good on comp ribs" or "that spice would be nice in xyz" to try and be nice. Normally, they are not balanced well or have off mixes of herbs and spices that do not mix well.
Your rubs are very good. Suddenly, in my top 10, possibly 5 favorite rubs manufactured by small businesses. I opened it up, and you could smell it immediately. It had a pleasant dry taste that carried over into a very nice cooked taste. It was light and bright as compared to some others I also like that are deep and rich. It paired amazing with the pork tenders I used it on and then the shrimp and chicken I used it on as well.
The controlled burn is crazy good. It has the spice you want but none of the lingering after spice. You are not overwhelmed and it is enjoyable. That sauce is fire. Forget Everglades or Old Bay, I will be using these products next time I have blue crab or shrimp available.

I bought the gift pack for myself. I was having a birthday party and needed rub for pulled pork. I was smoking 3 pork shoulders and used the gladesmens best on them. Everyone at the party loved the pulled pork and was asking what rub I used. Now I use it on everything.
The seasonings are a perfect flavorful blend that works so well with so may different meals. I literally use them with everything I cook. The hot sauce is fire and I absolutely love it , and like the seasonings, it goes well with pretty much everything.
